Returns and exchanges are accepted if we are contacted within 14 days of delivery.  Return shipping is at the customers expense. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item in the condition it was sent. If in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to do everything we can to resolve the issue.
